A deputy in the Indiana Attorney General’s Office is no longer employed by the office following online comments he made concerning protesters at the Wisconsin Legislature.

Mother Jones, a political website, tweeted Saturday, “Sources in Madison say riot police have been ordered to clear protesters from capitol at 2 am,” to which Deputy Attorney General Jeff Cox responded using his personal account, “Use live ammunition.”

In an article published Wednesday on Mother Jones, author Adam Weinstein said Cox continued to advocate the use of deadly force on protesters.

  • Remember Kent State? You IN idjots really don’t learn from history, do you?

  • I meant Indiana is not lol

  • This mindless fanatic should relocate to Libya and share the same fate with Kadafi.

  • He’s worse off–fired! With the high unemployment of attorneys these days, he was probably an incompetent, who could only function in a “state” job, anyway.

  • Huh, a state employee in Indiana get’s fired for saying the same thing a Wisconsin state employee said. I guess when you’re the Governor, or a state trooper in Wisc., it’s okay to say it, but a deputy AG in Indiana can’t? Talk about double standards.
Not that I am FOR using force on people, just because they’re protesting, that’s just the cowardly way of doing things. I just want to know why the Gov, & state trooper still have their jobs, if this guy lost his? Is it because they’re from Wisc., and this guy is from Indiana? He IS entitled to his opinion, whether we like what it is or not.
Are you going to send the National Guard after the protestor’s here in Michigan too? They’ve just been protesting too dang peacefully, like those in Wisc., so I think we need the National Guard too. Ay ay ay now I know why people from Wisc., are called CHEESEHEADS!

    • It’s because Wisconsin is currently under the control of these idiots and they certainly aren’t going to reprimand themselves, and Illinois is not.

  • From what i heard on the radio today this guy got fired for this

  • I guess Tea-Baggers think you can use 2nd amendment remedies against 1st amendment remedies.

    • Based on what do you call him a Tea Bagger? an assumption on your part? are all conservatives automatically “Tea Baggers” and subject to your obvious scorn? Shall I comment about you: “I guess Left Wing Smuggies think you can use 1st Amendment rights (where the heck did you get “remedies”??) against 2nd Amendment rights.??

  • Why is this man not in jail?

    • for the same reason protesters weren’t killed with live ammo… think about it…

    • Maybe not in jail for the same reason that people have advocated on air or elsewhere for violence against the people that you all obviously can’t stand, conservatives, e.g. Alex Baldwin calling for the deaths of the special prosecutor in the Clinton debacle and his entire family. Anyone here recall that? or scream at the time? didn’t think so.

  • Too many stupid humans on this fine planet..

  • Brett J. Miller

God damn there’s a lot of ignorant motherfuckers in the world.
