Bruce,, congrats on being a progressive Texan. The working middle class has to wake up. Public Service Jobs are good jobs and there should be more of them. We need to support public service jobs. What if cuts in the govt eliminate regulating nuclear power plants. The regulartory commission needs people working there to keep us all safe. Walker is nuts.

Oh sure–like anyone thinks Walker is going to complete the sell out of Wisconsin in a month or two. He is sure hoping everyone’s interest will die in a month or two.

Since Walker keeps claiming he has so much support where are his supporters? Sure his “supporters” are happy to be trolls on liberal web sites and blogs. But are they willing to go out and show their support on the street?

I am sure he would claim it is just that the liberal sites are not showing his supporters. Fine but I do not see the “conservative” sites showing your supporters on the street either. Maybe it is his supporters consider it below themselves to show up on the streets! Elitist maybe?

It looks like Rick Scott’s biggest problem is the Republicans in the legislature cannot stand him. I do not think he will be as great a problem in the long run unless he suddenly wakes up to the fact that he cannot do anything without the votes of the legislators of his own party he seems determined to alienate. I do not think he is likely to do that.
