Herman Cain Plays The ‘Race Card’ On Jon Stewart (VIDEO)

Jon Stewart recently mocked Herman Cain over comments Cain made that he wouldn’t pass a bill over 3 pages long. Stewart then made a joke stating that Cain must not like to read. Now Cain is saying that comment was racially motivated.

Via Huffington Post;

Stewart joked on his show that Cain “offers real solutions to fictional issues.” After playing a clip of Cain putting his foot down on the issue of the length of bills, the Comedy Central host impersonated Cain and said, “Bills will be three pages. If I’m president, treaties will have to fit on the back of a cereal box. From now on, the State of the Union address will be delivered in the form of a fortune cookie. I am Herman Cain and I do not like to read.”

At the Iowa Falls Fire Department on Wednesday, Cain responded to the comedic segment.

“I’m serious about a bill only being three pages the joke’s on him,” said the GOP contender. “And I said secondly, as far as him mocking me, look I’ve been called every name in the book because I’m a conservative, because I’m black.”

    No Mr. Cain, you are not being called names because you are black. You’re being called names because you are a Cake-Walking Black Race-Baiter! You are being called names because you are a Professional Black Victim. You are being called names because YOU Call Other People Names! (“liberal idiots” “socialist dupes” etc.)

    Nobody I know would be seen in public eating one of your pizzas, by the way. I’m a Chicagoan – I know PIZZA. You ain’t sellin’ pizza, brother. You’re selling flavored cardboard.

      Haha so true! I’m glad that someone called Herman Cain out for what he is; an Uncle Tom.

    You will NEVER see Jon Stewart attack a politician over race! He can always find something REALLY funny about them, without much effort. Jon Stewart is NOT racist period!

    When you don’t have anything valid to say to counter something that was said about you… you change the subject.

    That’s Republican Rule #4. If it’s gonna make you look back, change the subject and make it look like you’re being attacked. I see/hear it all the time from the right and this is just another example of it.

    Herman said something just completely stupid, knows it, but when he gets called out on it he has to double down on it… “I’m serious about a bill only being three pages the joke’s on him,” said the GOP contender. “… and then invent a personal attack.

    It’s not even a story that things like this happen anymore I’m afraid.

    Mr. Cain, you DID in fact state that you don’t want any bills longer than 3 pages. Your Republican Party is currently in shambles: All of you have NO platform except to oppose Obama on EVERYTHING (health-care, job growth, economy…) Once I hear some common sense from a Republican candidate, I would possibly consider the opposition. Yet as it stands, I hope Obama can still get us out of the mess/hole Dubya has placed this country in.

    I’m not sure if this counts as playing the race card. He didn’t say ‘John Stewart offended me by implying that the color of my skin was related to my intellectualism.’ Herman Cain said people have called him names because he’s black…. He didn’t even say John Stewart was calling him names because hes black. Besides, this would be a stretch for the race card anyway, taking somebodies own words and using them to prove a point isnt any form of racism, more like individual-ism… Seems like someone is trying to over-sensationalize a mundane story.

      LOL… no doubt… and the last sentence we here from him in this clip is “I does not care”… even Dubbya’s English wasn’t that effed up.

        I’d advise you to correct your own English before you correct someone else’s. The word is “hear”, not “here”.

    What an idiot. I can’t wait to see how Jon Stewart will retaliate to this
