The GOP wants to eliminate President Obama’s payroll tax cut. They say it really doesn’t help many “Americans” as it only equals to on average about $934 dollars back in consumers’ pockets.

That makes me wonder, how many Americans do republicans actually know?

I know all of the Americans I know can use that money for a variety of legitimate issues.

$934 can be three or four bills paid that year. It can be two or three car payments. It can be money for medication, schooling, or car repairs for many of us who are holding on to our cars for a lot longer in this economy.

It can be about 18-20 tanks of gas for the year. It can be groceries for a few months. Who can’t use that? I know a few “Americans” that can.

Let’s all work together to make sure that the payroll tax is not cut.
