With each and every new day, the Republican Presidential nominating process seems to have so much to do with who Herman ”Big Daddy deep dish” Cain groped back in the 90s that its easy to forget how crazy and theocratic the Republican Party has become. For example, as of right now voters in Mississippi are not being forced to weigh in on such trivial matters as combating a 10.6% unemployment rate, but rather the Christian Taliban wants them to decide if whether they should make a woman’s right to choose all but illegal by passing the ‘personhood amendment’. The far-right and utterly insane initiative is designed to designate a fertilized egg as a corporation person. Of course, once the kid is actually born Republicans can stop caring about him/her.

In a video released Tuesday morning from a secret religious right-wing event titled “One Nation Under God,” Focus on the Family founder James Dobson admonished Americans that if they don’t vote right-wing in 2012, they’ll be in “serious trouble” with God.
“I am most concerned about the drift away from Christian principles,” Dobson said at the media embargoed event held in late October. “Are we going to continue to honor God with the holy living that he continues to prescribe to us? If we don’t, we are in serious trouble. And right now, I think we are.”
Of course god prefers you choose the groper, the serial adulterer, the sociopathic male nut job who exploits religion for political gain, or the sociopathic female nut job that exploits religion for political gain over the dedicated husband and family man incumbent.
It should be known that Dobson resigned from Focus on the Family in 2009. Hilariously enough, citing that the organization needed to be placed in the hands of a younger generation. In other words, it’s time for a healthier charlatan to pervert the will of god and flagrantly violate the line between church and state (or is it hate?) for personal gain.

How’s this for folks like Dobson. This should work for any of the current crop of racist, homophobic, knowledge-fearing, bible-thumping televangelists and homegrown preachers who spew hate in the name of Jeeesusss.
God talks to Dobson. I’m sure we can get him to publicly state that – on record. Document the conversation. Then we lock him up in the looney bin with the other nuts who think God talks to THEM…
Come back in a week and see if he still tells you God talks to him, or if he weasels WAY out of it, and again, document the whole conversation – put ‘em out on YouTube they’ll spell MOTHERfu……
