Tea Party Activists Plan To Undermine Recall Effort Against Scott Walker

This past Tuesday, the Republican Party experienced a backlash from voters against their agenda. Included in this rejection were the successful recalls of several Republican politicians. And not too long ago, the people of Wisconsin recalled several state level Republicans and intend to recall Governor Scott Walker. To do this, the recall effort must gather enough signatures to initiate a recall election. But Republicans are trying to pass laws that curb the effort, and if that doesn’t work, conservative activists are openly planning to infiltrate the effort and destroy any signatures they can get their hands on.

According to Politicscoop blog and Mother Jones, several conservatives on Facebook have been making their plans known and they’re not being shy about it. One user known as “Charles Atlas Shrugging,” writes:

“I’d like to collect signatures of those who want to recall Walker…so I can have something to feed my shredder.”

A reply to the post from a second user reads,

“I shall be heating my home with recall signature. As they sign, I’ll make sure to tell them not to sign another petition. I figure I can get a hundred to a few hundred signatures off the ballot. F*** Liberals.”

And then there is Facebook user Will R. Jenkins, who intends to pose as a recall effort volunteer so he can destroy as many petitions as possible. “From my estimation, I’ll be able to destroy 15-20K signatures,” he writes, “unless the guy above me gives me access to where he stories [sic] his own signatures so I can place mine in there. If this happens, I’ll be able to destroy upwards of 15-20% of the entire collected ballots [sic] in the state of Wisconsin. I am a highly trusted member of a recall group who nobody would expect would do such a thing.” The sad thing is, this guy calls himself a “union slave laborer” and says he works at Kenosha Unified School District. Let’s hope he isn’t a teacher.

Are these users all talk? Perhaps, but any discussion of sabotage among conservatives should be taken seriously. Even though destroying petitions is a felony, conservatives have proven time and time again that they are willing to do whatever it takes to advance their agenda and slimy tactics are not below them. So if you are in Wisconsin, keep a close eye on petitions.

Disgusting pricks. All petitioners need to be in two or more teams. Beat the living shit out of any f*cking teabaggers that try to destroy the petitions.
