It’s strange that the national guard is training are soldiers to shoot American citizens rite after that new bill just came up, The national defense authorization act bill S.1867 written by senators john mccain and carl levin saying that America’s a battelfield and that American citizens can be arrested by the military and not be charged or have a trial and can be tortured and not let free. It’s all to strange like it’s happened before.
I remember when I was in the Australian Army doing special training for riot control. During training we were asked a question asked by an army officer, “What should you do if an army officer attempts to shoot or order other soldiers to illegally shoot citizens”.
Being a cheeky sod, I had no qualms about shouting out, “Shoot the Officer”, whilst this did earn me a dirty look, the officer under Australian military law was forced to concede it was the ‘correct answer’.
It appears the gap between the Australian military and the US military has grown pretty large.
No Robert it has not grown large. The answer would be the same for both the Australian Army and the US Army. Under the uniform code of military Justice the correct answer would be to if possible arrest the officer giving the order and as a last resort shoot the officer to spare civilian lives.
