Message to Republicans From Women, ‘Get in my Vagina!’ (COMEDY VIDEO)
In a new ‘Funny or Die’ video out starring Kate Beckinsale, Judy Greer and Andrea Savage, the ‘need’ for Republicans to be in a woman’s vagina is made into a plea.
Of course this video is purely satirical and brings to light the absurdity of the GOP’s insistence upon gaining control over women’s reproductive rights whether it be in regards to contraception, choice, or even basic medical needs.

The video begins as three women discuss how they are Republican and the only place they want government involvement is in their vaginas. They think it’s perfectly acceptable to let banks do as they will or to let schools to fall apart due to lack of funding. However, when it comes to women’s reproductive rights and their vaginas they want Republicans to come right on in, and in deep controlling every decision.
The video lays into the obvious benefits of accessible contraception, preventative screenings, and a woman’s ability to choose what is best for her. Let’s face it, even a person lacking the capability of forming a full sentence can realize contraception reduces the amount of unwanted pregnancies reducing the number of abortions performed. Later in the video they allude to the fact that many Republicans play women for fools and tell them things like, “The traumatic experience of rape causes a women to ‘secrete a certain secretion’ that tends to kill sperm,” said specifically by State Rep. Stephen Freind (R-Pennsylvania). This statement first of all is false, and secondly, is he saying that rape is okay, or that if it isn’t no need to worry because an abortion won’t be necessary? Either way, I’m glad these ladies are calling attention to the BS put out by many Republican legislators.
This video is just one of many counterattacks to the war that seems to be raging against women’s reproductive rights. There have been several campaigns via Facebook as well that poke fun at the GOP’s need to control the health of a woman. In all honesty I hope that this video goes viral and will finally wake up those that are asleep at the wheel of their own health care needs. Women everywhere need to stand up and say, “enough is enough, if you want limited and small government as well as personal liberty and freedom, get the f**k out of my vagina!”
