Despite the fact that he can afford the most expensive ways of meeting women, it’s not tough to imagine Rush Limbaugh as the creepy guy hitting on young (although legal) women online or in night clubs. Well…at least we’d hope he’d limit himself to the age of consent. However, a call to his radio show on Monday leaves one to wonder if in fact he does have limits, when he told a 14-year-old girl that she qualified to be a ‘Rush Babe.’

LIMBAUGH: Let’s go to Katie, Island Park, Idaho. Glad you called, great to have you on the program. Hello.
CALLER: Hi, Rush. Yeah, my name is Katie, and I’m 14, and I’m not sure if I qualify to be a Rush baby or a Rush babe. What do you think?
LIMBAUGH: You’re 14? (salivating?)
CALLER: I’m 14.
LIMBAUGH: You’re four– you’re both. You are Rush baby and a Rush babe both. We’ll count you both.
CALLER: All righty.
LIMBAUGH: Have you signed up at our Facebook page?
CALLER: Yes, I just did this morning.
LIMBAUGH: Well, then you’re a Rush babe. That’s it.
CALLER: All righty.
LIMBAUGH: Fourteen. Well, thanks very much, Katie, I appreciate it.
CALLER: Thanks. Thanks, Rush.
LIMBAUGH: See, folks, this program has no boundaries. We have people from all three sexes, we have people from all religions, we have people from all genders, all demographics, all ages. A 14-year-old Rush babe. By the way, I’ve got audio sound bites coming up in the next hour. Fox News went to the NAGs’ protest. Wait till you hear it.

Rush Babes for America was a group formed on Facebook in response to the accusation that Limbaugh is one of the top instigators in the GOP War on Women, especially after calling college student Sandra Fluke a “slut.” As it turns out, the Rush Babe demographic, much like his radio show’s demographic, are older than real life Rush babes.
The group currently has over 68,000 likes, most of them acquired within a single week. The most popular age is between 45 and 54, still far younger than Limbaugh’s age of 61, but older than his fourth wife (or any of his wives), who is just 35. The most popular city for the “Rush Babes?” Houston.
It must have been particularly intriguing to hear a nubile young voice on the end of the phone.
