‘Birther’ Compares Moniker To ‘N-Word’

Meet Alan Korwin; Arizonian, Gun-Nut, Publisher of books for gun-nuts, and ‘B-word.’

What’s that? You don’t know what ‘B-word’ means? Well, you’re familiar with the ‘N-word*,’ right?

Well it’s the same thing, at least according to Korwin:

“Birther” has become the new “N” word for the media, used with dripping hatred for anyone who dares ask questions about Mr. Obama’s falsified birth certificate. Where facts do not exist, the media hurls epithets, a classic sign of bigotry.

Yeah; he’s got a right to sing the blues. The “lamestream media” (an epithet, by the way, used to denigrate a group of people whose behavior the user finds distasteful) won’t take his people seriously. Why, Sheriff Joe, Head honcho of the ‘Cold Case Posseheld a press conference about this ‘issue’ recently, and the press didn’t seem interested in the astounding new evidence at all!  In fact, they had the temerity to use to occasion to question this man of esteem; this Pinkerton of Pink Undies, about a series of investigations into illegal practices and racial profiling.

I don’t know. Maybe that was because those reporters have been doing stories on this steaming bile of b-word for several years now. Most sane people understand that birthers are, at their core, rubes; marks being preyed on by pitchmen who wouldn’t even need a change of clothing to fit right in on a carnival midway. They look at you, and they know they can fleece you, because they’re telling you what you want to hear. And you know why?

They’re racists too.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is under federal investigation for it. The inability to accept a black man as President seeps out of every pore of this asinine ‘movement.’

And Alan Korwin is a racist. Any question about that was resolved the moment he compared birtherism to the ‘N-word.’ That repulsive, ham-fisted statement that dared to compare a word associated with centuries of mistreatment, with disinterest in a disgraced cause, is all anyone needs to know.

Alan Korwin’s cause is racist, and Alan Korwin in his mind finds the historic struggles of black people so piddling, that they compare with three or four years of people refusing to take you seriously.

I for one, won’t be referring to Alan Korwin, as a ‘B-word’ anymore. His view of his people’s struggles against reality, and his dismissive attitude towards genuine discrimination, make him more of an ‘A-word.’

That’s ‘asshole.’

* The ‘N-word’ is of course, ‘nigger.’ It’s a repulsive word with a long, shameful history of profaning a race of people. I do not accept, endorse or condone its use as an epithet. I do, however, think it’s important we don’t assign it mystical or sacred properties, even negatively. It’s an historical reality, and to refuse to acknowledge its existence by writing, or uttering in proper context, is to blunt the real suffering and struggles represented by its use; it is revisionist history.
