Attention Seeking Conservative Sheriff Joe Arpaio Oversees Arrest Of 6 Year Old Hispanic Girl
How heartless must you be to arrest a six year old girl for a crime she couldn’t possibly culpable for? How much must you desire to seek attention in order to arrest a child for a non-violent crime for which you have already become the subject of a Justice Department probe for trying to enforce? Maybe we should call Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona in order to find out.
Sheriff Joe has insisted on enforcing Federal immigration law despite the fact he is a County Sheriff-not even a state level law enforcement official. His continued desire to, by all appearances, head up Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) instead of the office to which he has been elected, continues to inflict as much pain as he can muster upon Hispanics within his jurisdiction. His gestapo like tactics against the Hispanic population of Maricopa County recently brought about a Justice Department probe into his methods of enforcement. It seems Apraio’s department has stopped a disproportionately high number of Hispanic motorists in his quest for immigration enforcement.

After the Justice Department’s probe made headlines, Arpaio decided he couldn’t leave well enough alone and launched a county investigation into President Obama’s place of birth. There is no telling how many Maricopa County tax dollars were wasted on that issue which is clearly not a local crime issue for which he was elected to address.
In Sheriff Joe’s latest masterpiece of heartless media hunger, he has overseen the arrest of a six year old girl believed to be from El Salvador. The girl, along with a few accompanying adults, was picked up as she was traveling through Maricopa County en route to the Midwest according to a Sheriff’s Department spokesperson. Ironically, the arrest came on June 15th, the same day President Obama announced his administration would no longer deport children under certain circumstances.
I wonder if this little girl or her parents were a threat to anyone in Maricopa County. I have to wonder what, if any state laws or county ordinances were violated by this little girl. The fact remains that Sheriff Joe doesn’t care much for fighting the local drug problem or protecting Phoenix metro residents from burglars, robbers, rapists, and murderers. What he does seem to care most about is stopping Hispanics and enforcing Federal laws; laws for which millions of our Federal tax dollars are already dedicated to specific Federal agencies to enforce.
Residents of Maricopa County should not only vote Arpaio out of office but also send him an application to the Department of Homeland Security. It is clear to me that he would much prefer hunting down illegal immigrants and grabbing national headlines-no matter how uncouth-to serving his constituents in Maricopa County.

As a native American, I say we send all people like this back to the countries their ancestors came from. You want to complain about illegals messing up the country and the land, remember most Americans are immigrants as well. Hell, even us natives came to this country over the land bridge to Alaska way back in the day. Even so, we were the first ones, and with us here alone, there where a Hell of a lot less problems than there are today. It’s like walking through a concrete jungle filled with graveyards. In my humble opinion, the Tower of Babylon had nothing on the monoliths we build today. Send them racists back where they belong. Note: I am not personally a racist, I despise such people. They waste time, energy, and taxpayers money on this single minded bigoted endeavors instead of changing things for the better. Racists, ageists, classists, sexists, those who discriminate based on religion, and those that discriminate based on how a person is dressed, are shallow. They determine their own self worth based on what they think someone else’s worth is.
