Hilarious Alert – Gov. Bobby Jindal Thinks HCR Ruling Will Force Americans To Eat Tofu

The rabid right-wing noise machine seemed pretty confident that five of its bought and paid for Supreme Court Justices would fulfill their constitutional pledge and listen to Rush Limbaugh. When Chief Justice Roberts, a George W. Bush appointment, decided to side with the more liberal wing of the court, it sent them into an apoplectic and apocalyptic fit of outrage. So confident was the right-wing noise machine that they “accidentally” broadcasted that Obamacare was struck down. But as soon as real news outlets started posting the Supreme Court did in fact side with Obamacare, it was as if Obama came to each and every tea party household himself, kicked over their Mountain Dew Code Red, ate their last Nutter Butter, expropriated their bible and handed them a Koran, and had Eric Holder take away their guns and give them to Mexican drug lords.

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, the darling of the Republican Party and the Indian version of little Bobby Brady, said the Supreme Court’s “frightening” ruling that upheld the Affordable Care Act as a tax is a “blow to our freedoms.”

What’s next?Jindal asked, according to The Hill. Apparently he voiced concern for people who“refuse to eat tofu” or “refuse to drive a Chevy Volt” (Think Progress)

If little Bobby Jindal actually paid attention to the merits of the high court’s decision instead of competing with fellow sociopathic Tea Party Republican governors for the limelight, he would’ve known that the court ruled the individual mandate to buy health insurance was not constitutional under the Commerce Clause.

The opinion explains that the individual mandate cannot be upheld under the Commerce Clause because to do so would impose no meaningful limits on federal power to require individuals to engage in specific activities,” an excerpt from an article on Forbes, that notorious left-wing publication.

So Michele Obama isn’t going to be doing your grocery shopping anytime soon and getting a secret agent to spoon feed you tofu, Governor Jindal.

Jindal predicts Republican governors will sit on implementation of the law until after the November election, hinting they’ll hopefully get Mitt Romney, the very same man who wrote the blueprint to the individual mandate and signed it into law as Governor Of Massachusetts but who now wants to repeal it now that it’s a very popular GOP talking point, elected to the White House.

Actually folks, we’re torn. As it stands, Bobby is never here, which is good. On the other hand, his lapdog legislature snaps to heel with a nostril flare.

As VP candidate, the rest of the world can delight in his many fun activities, like exorcisms.

But if he stays in his office (figuratively) the Feds will come in and set up our health exchanges – without all the graft, powersharing and corruption that are the hallmarks of Louisiana politics.

Which would be great, but I really doubt the vultures would let REAL money get away from them. LSU is probably getting ready to try and take over as a private/public medical system statewide.

    We are torn….
