Hot Dang – Healthcare Lobbyists Are Throwing A White-Trash Themed Party In DC
So you know how we snicker at how a bunch of low-income white people, thinking they’re somehow living the esprit de corps of the Tea Party when they dress up in crappy colonial costumes and make phenomenally uninformed, hilariously misspelled signs– all of which somehow equate an eloquent black man to the murderer of 6 million jews? It’s always quite hilarious to watch these hordes of total misfits get hoodwinked into supporting a ruthless cabal of wealthy elitist Republicans, who brilliantly use the sheer ignorance of this segment of the electorate every major election year. Well, it looks like the hoodwinking elitists are finally admitting what they really think of the white, low-income Walmart dwellers whom they exploit more than members of the military.
Strategic Health Care, a group that contends is “working at the intersection of health care and government — widely respected for our expertise in congressional and regulatory matters, health policy analysis and solutions, CMS pilots and demos, federal grants development, managed care contracting and association management,” is doing some of that deep and analytical thinking by throwing a White Trash Reception on Capitol Hill next week.

The group often eschews all that boring policy driven analysis that seeks to better the lives of millions of Americans with the throwing of costume themed parties.

This event’s theme, however, drives home an image of high-paid Washington lobbyists gathering to snicker at low-income, white Americans. And the event particularly stings because health care lobbyists at Strategic Health Care profit from pharmaceutical companies that make their money on expensive drugs that low income Americans of all races frequently have to turn their pockets inside out to pay for.
What an awesome theme, especially considering the myriad of red states with copious poor white people who are opting out of the Medicaid extension. But if there’s one thing cooler and classier than throwing a Hitler themed party at a Holocaust center, it’s a bunch of entitled rich pricks who buy elected entitled rich pricks dressing up like a concert in Branson.
