Well, he is no longer employed at the university, as of this week. It is unclear due to privacy policies at the university whether he was terminated or he resigned; the end result is the same. Unfortunately, he was on paid leave until his departure, and is not being sanctioned, aside from the hordes of bad publicity thrown his way (a criminal charge would seem to be in order; assault?). His supervisor, campus police chief Annette Spicuzza, resigned in April because she did not want to be associated with the November 18 incident.
