Hermain Cain Back In Spotlight And Hoping Gas Prices Rise

Guest-hosting the Neal Boortz radio show on Tuesday, Former GOP candidate for presidency Herman Cain fielded a question from a caller named Mark who asked if it was wrong to want gas prices to hit $4 per gallon “so people would realize that we need a Republican in the presidency.”

Cain responded that it’s,  “not wrong” to want gas prices to go up because it will “wake people up.” He went on to say that lower gas prices are sometimes “manipulated” by oil-producing countries that “want Barack Obama to win.”

Now wait just a honky-tonk minute, Mr. Cain. Oil-producing countries that want Barack Obama to Win? What countries might those be? Our President is sanctioning Iran, and there have been no significant changes in relations with other countries in terms of oil embargoes or trade.

Cain was a Burger King employee who managed to move up to CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, a suspiciously questionable accomplishment considering the later accusations against for womanizing and infidelity. Herman Cain the head of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s, seems a sudden authority on energy?

Is this the same Herman Cain that didn’t know what a neo-conservative is, who spent $36,000 of campaign cash to buy his own book, and wanted to put an electric fence on the Mexican border? Or maybe it’s the Herman Cain who would  negotiate with terrorists, but would remove all Muslims from “his” administration and said that Jesus didn’t receive food-stamps and was killed by a “Liberal court”. That Herman Cain? Or maybe its the Herman Cain that told Occupy Wall Street protestors that if they weren’t rich if was their own fault.

Why does this sexist, bigoted racist have a voice? That would be because he has joined other Republican big mouths who wreak destruction upon society by spewing their erroneous “facts” and hatred. The former GOP candidate has been a daily guest on the WBS radio program which reaches 200 stations. WSB vice-president Dan Kearney called Cain conservative radio host Neal Boortz’s,  “logical successor.”  Is that like Michele Bachmann being the logical successor of Glenn Beck?
