Former GOP President George W Bush has recently and ironically written a book called “The 4 Percent Solution: Unleashing the Economic Growth America Needs.” It is shocking because as President he raised the debt ceiling a historic five times and never registered a 4% growth. This is conceptually a nice display, but please enlighten me: Why does an *electronic* picture look like a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a…? It looks horrible.
