Convicted Pedophile Was ‘Honored’ Member Of Anti-Gay Organization

The Alliance Defending Freedom, formerly the Alliance Defense Fund, just did not have a good year last year. Not only did their efforts to exterminate marriage equality meet with failure, but one of their lawyers was arrested for pedophilia. This year, however, is shaping up to be far, far worse.

Late last week, Lisa Biron, their lawyer who was arrested earlier, was found guilty on all eight charges, including pimping and videotaping sex with her own underaged daughter. Alliance Defending Freedom has been struggling since the arrest to erase any ties between the organization and Ms. Biron. The problem is, the internet doesn’t forget, revealing that she was given their highest reward for service as a lawyer, and was a member of their “Honor Corps.” This is what their website says about the Honor Corps:

Alliance Defending Freedom has created the Honor Corps to recognize those allied attorneys who have completed 450 hours of pro bono service, and offers special awards in recognition of significant milestones in reported service.

This means that Ms. Biron had over 450 hours of service in support of the group. Not small potatoes. One of the cases she was involved in was the tax assessment case involving the Liberty Assembly of God, now called the Destiny Christian Church, a case which began after she was given the Honor Corps status.

One must ask: what other pedophiles, child predators, or abusers are they sheltering? Their own claims of religious freedom are based upon their own religious views, yet they seek to stomp the religious views of other Christians in order to push their hate-filled radical vision of Christianity. To the ADF, the only religious liberty is when they get their way and all other faiths are stomped into submission. They seek to force women into submission, turn schools into indoctination centers for their radical brand of faith, and eliminate marriage rights for millions of U.S. Citizens. They are tied to groups forcing their narrow religious views on foreign nations and have a strong anti-American agenda. They hate democracy and the U.S. Constitution, even as they wrap themselves up in a flag.

The problem for them is that when your foundation is built on hate, you attract hatred. By having a mission bent on the destruction of the family and eliminating the rights of others, they are a largely a “bully organization.” This in turn attracts others who are bullies, those who prey upon the weak and exploit others. This is why, in the Bible, Jesus told his disciples:

Matthew 5:39 – But I say to you, That ye resist not evil: but whoever shall strike thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

The entire foundation of the ADF and similar groups is to ignore the words of the man they proclaim as their lord and savior. These people claim various issues are evil, then decide to take action against these issues despite Jesus himself saying, “do not do this.” They are anti-Christian, anti-American zealots who wish to turn the United States into a radical form of religious government called Dominionism. This, of course, empowers radical domestic terrorist groups, such as the Republic of the United States of America which seeks to overthrow our government and establishment biblical law.

Since the ADF has attracted and filled its ranks with bullies, it should not be surprised to find that its membership is comprised by compatriots and friends of every disgusting sort. They can attempt to whitewash their history as much as they want, but the fact is they will continue to find people like this in their organization. The nature of the work they are doing all but guarantees it.
