A man named Kirill Bartashevitch is being charged with two felony counts for pointing a recently-purchased AK-47 at his daughter over her school grades. On January 13th, the 51-year-old allegedly swore at her, the girl said she hates him, he hauled out the gun, the mother jumped between them, and the girl went to her room. According to the complaint, the man had recently bought the AK-47 thinking it would soon be banned.
