Infamous Ted Nugent Quotes– The Mind Of A Mad Man Or A Mad Genius?

I can here the Liberals screaming, “Ted Nugent!? Seriously! How can you love that psycho?”

I say, how can you not?  It doesn’t matter if you are a conservative or a liberal, Mr. Nugent’s’ quotes are a pleasure for all!

I agree, some of his comments (did I just say some?) are quite … how should I put this … f**ked up. But, if you take your own political perspective away, you can actually look at his comments as the messed up thoughts of an individual with a lot of issues.

After all, according to an April 18 segment on “Young Turks,” anchor Cenk Uygur said that in a July 15, 1990, interview with the Detroit Free Press, Nugent claimed to have shunned personal hygiene and consumed junk food to avoid being drafted to fight in Vietnam. And this came from a man who said:

“… if I would have gone over there, I’d have been killed, or I’d have killed, or I’d kill all the hippies in the foxholes … I would have killed everybody.”

If this doesn’t show someone with issues then I just don’t know.

But the question to ask yourself, since we are continually talking about Ted, whose last hit was “Cat Scratch Fever” and who’s going to the State Of The Union address (don’t even get me going on that topic!), is this the mind of a mad man or a mad genius?

You decide.

Not that there should be a lot of debate …

Some Nugent’s most famous quotes:

In 1990, Nugent caused a stir when he commented on racial segregation in South Africa to Detroit Free Press magazine.

“Apartheid isn’t that cut and dry,” Nugent said. “All men are not created equal. The preponderance of South Africa is a different breed of man. I mean that with no disrespect. I say that with great respect. I love them because I’m one of them. They are still people of the earth, but they are different. They still put bones in their noses, they still walk around naked, they wipe their butts with their hands … These are different people. You give ’em toothpaste, they f—ing eat it … I hope they don’t become civilized. They’re way ahead of the game.”

While dressed in camouflage hunting gear and wielding two machine guns during a 2007 concert, Nugent raged:

“Obama, he’s a piece of shit. I told him to suck on my machine gun. Hey Hillary [Clinton], you might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch.”

After sparking the little controversy with his anti-Obama screed that earned him a Secret Service investigation, Nugent doubled down on his remarks during an interview with radio host Dana Loesch:

“I’m a black Jew at a Nazi-Klan rally,” he said. “And there are some power-abusing, corrupt monsters in our federal government that despise me because I have the audacity to speak the truth.”

“Wasserman Schultz is such a brain-dead, soulless idiot,” Nugent told Dana Loesch after the Florida congresswoman criticized his anti-Obama comments. “I could not be more proud that this soulless, heartless idiot feebly attempts to find fault with Ted Nugent, because I am on the right track and she just encourages me to stand stronger”.

During an interview in 2008, Nugent had harsh words for undocumented immigrants.

“In an unauthorized entry, armed like they are right now, invading our country, I’d like to shoot ’em dead,” Nugent told Fox News’ Sean Hannity.

Ted wrote in a column for The Washington Times in 2010.

“Barack Hussein Obama did not sneak into power. An army of clueless, disconnected, ignorant Americans invited him to bring his Marxist, glaringly anti-American jihad into our lives.”

During a 2011 interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan, Nugent outlined his views on gun control:

“Anybody that wants to disarm me can drop dead,” Nugent said. “Anybody that wants to make me unarmed and helpless, we’re gonna literally create the proven places that where more innocents are killed called ‘gun-free zones,’ we’re gonna beat you. We’re gonna vote you out of office, or suck on my machine gun, you can take it whichever way you want.”

In April, while speaking at a National Rifle Association convention, Nugent said there are two alternatives for him if the “vile,” “evil” and “America-hating” Obama beat Romney.

“If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year,”  and “If you can’t galvanize and promote and recruit people to vote for Mitt Romney, we’re done.”  Nugent added: “We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November.”

As you can imagine, Ted Nugent was not too happy when President Barack Obama was reelected: (sic on all)

Pimps whores & welfare brats & their soulless supporters hav a president to destroy America”

What subhuman varmint believes others must pay for their obesity booze cellphones birthcontrol abortions & lives”

Goodluk America u just voted for economic & spiritual suicide. Soulless fools”

Other great “famous” quotes:

“There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, and not one of them will have an accident today. The only misuse of guns comes in environments where there are drugs, alcohol, bad parents, and undisciplined children. Period.” – Ted Nugent, NRA Board Member and Rock Musician

“Every study on crime and or firearms proves time and time again, that 99.99999% of American gun owners do not commit crimes or use our firearms in any dangerous or improper way.”  – Ted Nugent

“Mr. Janet Reno? I think Mr. Janet Reno… I think he’s one of the best hunting dogs in the world.” — to National Review in 2002.

Just think – he was appointed to board of directors of the National Rifle Association in 1995 and remains a member.  If that doesn’t scare you, nothing will.
