Tim Tebow To Speak At Megachurch Of Hate In Texas

Tim Tebow

Tiny Tim Tebow, the Sarah Palin of the NFL without the throwing arm, is sort of a dick. Okay, so he does a lot of charitable work and helps build hospitals in the Philippines. Tebow’s sickeningly mawkish and “awe shucks,” Leave it To Beaver persona, combined with his complete and utter lack of ability to throw a football (Jesus loves hockey?), are indeed reasons to dislike him. But take that and combine it with the fact that he has injected his perverse religion into every single situation humanely possible, while simultaneously supporting rabidly anti-gay christofascist organizations, and you have no other choice but to really dislike the guy. Perhaps looking to secure a lucrative deal as a hateful megachurch charlatan – since the NFL so clearly wants nothing to do with him – Tebow is scheduled to speak at First Baptist Church of Dallas. Trying to find a megachurch in Texas that is not hateful and rabidly anti-gay is like trying to find a burger in NYC that isn’t overpriced. But this particular church just so happens to be anti-Semitic, too. Indeed, it’s like the Wal-Mart of megachurches in that you can find all types of hatred in just one place. The First Baptist Church of Dallas is home to anti-LGBT, anti-Semitic Pastor Robert Jeffress, a man who once called President Barack Obama a servant of “the Antichrist.”

“President Obama is not the Antichrist,” he said. “But what I am saying is this: the course he is choosing to lead our nation is paving the way for the future reign of the Antichrist.” (Raw Story)

That’s actually probably one of the more coherent things about the President. Jeffress is also notorious for initially refusing to support the candidacy of Mitt Romney, citing that Romney’s Mormon faith was a “cult” and “heretical.” Not wanting to outdo himself, Jeffress saved the bulk of his hatred for homosexuals.

“Seventy percent of the gay population” has AIDS, he said, and declared in 2012 that“There are a disproportionate amount of assaults against children by homosexuals than by heterosexuals, you can’t deny that.” (Raw Story)

By agreeing to speak at this  tax-funded cesspool of hate worship, Tebow is as a much a false prophet as Jeffress.

  • Actually we can deny that Jeffress. Evidence shows that the majority of pedos are hetero.

    Birds of a feather.

If Obama leads America to the Antichrist- then that’s a good thing- right?

Then the Xtians Second Coming/Apocalypse etc etc, will occur.

Does Mr. Tebow NOT want Jesus to come back?
