Sarah Palin Spews Word Salad, Complains Of Left’s Triple Finger Orwellian Lies (VIDEO)

Sarah Palin stood before a crowd at the Iowa Freedom Summit on Saturday and words came out of her mouth. Palin vocalized radical right wing words and talking points, then loosely chained them together with some sort of chillbilly vernacular. It’s hard to decipher her word salad style of speaking, but I’ll give it a shot.

During this particularly odd segment of her ‘speech’ Palin criticizes the media for pointing out flaws in radical right wing rhetoric, then moves on to the battle against Hillary Clinton:

“Knowing what the media will do all throughout 2016 to all of us, it’s going to take more than a village to beat Hillary.”

Plain then describes her plan to defeat Clinton and the imaginary demons of “solvency” and “sovereignty” she threatens,

“Well, ok and here’s how we do it, ok. We go on offense, we go on offense now and we expect our GOP leaders in DC to get on offense, because we, the people, we realize that this is war as I say it is war for the solvency and sovereignty of the United States of America…”

Next, without any evidence to back up her claims, Palin spouts nonsense about conservatives being falsely accused of racism and sexism. She goes on to speak the words “Orwellian” and “Saul Alinsky” without understanding their meaning,

“… and we don’t sit on our thumbs this next time when one of our own is being crucified and falsely accused of whatever the hip accusation of the day happens to be, right, racism, sexism, whatever. Really it’s kinda Orwellian observing how that works, that rule of Saul Alinsky’s, no doubt, that the left employes, disgusting charges from the left…”

It’s ironic that Palin brings up Orwell. Republican strategists like Frank Luntz are masters of doublespeak. They reframe unpopular right wing ideas by describing them with friendlier words. Conservative politicians and pundits then join in lock-step to pepper the public with the new ‘talking points.’ They even have a Ministry of News called ‘Fox News’ that maximizes the spread of propaganda.

It’s at this point that things get really odd. Palin reverts to kindergarten logic with an ‘I’m rubber, you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to you’ attack on liberals. Palin, again without evidence, declares it’s not conservatives that are racist, sexist and classist, but liberals. Not only that, liberals are three times worse than they claim conservatives to be:

“for it is they who point a finger, not realize, they have triple that amount of fingers pointing right back at ‘em, revealing that they are the ones who really discriminate and divide over color and class and sex. We call them out. We don’t let them get away with it then.”

Sadly, Sarah Palin is hinting at another presidential run. While that’s a great gift to Democrats and comedians, it’s certainly no great prize for the rest of us.

If you can stand to hear her speak, here’s the segment of the Iowa Freedom Summit where Palin rants about liberals being the real racists and sexists :
