Hillary Clinton Calls Out GOP Candidates: They Only Want To Talk About Me, Not Ideas

Hillary Clinton has said what we are all thinking: the GOP is utterly terrified of, and thus obsessed, with her. While they should be mobilizing to get their message (albeit misguided) out to the American people, they have decided to use all their energy to smear Clinton, who is just two weeks into her presidential campaign.

During a stop at a local wooden toy company in Keene, New Hampshire, Clinton had some strong revelations for those in the Republican primaries:

“I think it’s worth noting that Republicans seem to be talking only about me. I don’t know what they’d talk about if I weren’t in the race. But I am in the race, and hopefully we will get onto the issues and I look forward to that.”

These comments came after a weekend of Clinton-bashing from 19 republican presidential hopefuls who touched down in Iowa. Clinton had just ended her own roundtable tour of the state bee heading to New Hampshire.

Clinton also brushed off speculation of Peter Schweizer’s upcoming book, “Clinton Cash: the Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” and attacks on the Clinton Foundation, saying:

“[I’ll be] subjected to all kinds of distractions and attacks, and I’m ready for that. I know that that comes, unfortunately, with the territory.”

It’s no secret that Republicans are scared of Hillary Clinton. The twitter page of Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus is littered with anti-Hillary propaganda. Rand Paul is actively “soliciting” dirt on the Clinton Foundation’s donors.

Remember people, it’s only been eight days since she’s announced her candidacy. Long story short: Republicans are dodging the real issues while Hillary Clinton spearheads a populist campaign. It is no surprise that these men are dodging the issues for petty politics. The only thing that scares them more than an intelligent black man is an independent, intelligent woman. So, of course they’re going to dodge their own flawed ideology, and instead focus on Hillary-hating.
