Jeb Loses It: I Could Do ‘Really Cool Things’ Instead Of Run For President (VIDEO)

A mere 24 hours after Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush downsized his campaign, he told America that they should just elect Trump because he had better things to do than run for president.

While speaking in South Carolina on Saturday, Bush whined about gridlock and partisanship during a presidential town hall held by Senator Tim Scott. While sharing the stage with South Carolina congressman and Benghazi Select Committee chairman Trey Gowdy, Bush got noticeably agitated and threw GOP Donald Trump rival under the bus:

“If this election is about how we’re going to fight to get nothing done, then I don’t want anything, I don’t want any part of it. I don’t want to be elected president to sit around and see gridlock just become so dominant that people literally are in decline in their lives. That is not my motivation. I’ve got a lot of really cool things I cold do other than sit around, being miserable, listening to people demonize me and feeling compelled to demonize them. That is a joke. Elect Trump if you want that.”
You can watch Bush lose his composure below:

It sounds like Bush doesn’t even want to keep running, or win the upcoming election at this point. Just the day before, Bush’s campaign had begun taking action to save money by cutting salaries and staff, as the candidate’s poll numbers started to drop.

In an interview with the Washington Post, a Bush fundraiser said that GOPer’s 2016 efforts looked bleak. The fundraiser, who wished to remain anonymous, said, “It feels very much like a death spiral, and it breaks my heart. I don’t know anyone who wants to reinvest now” and that the campaign has been “head-scratchingly bad in every element. I wouldn’t be shocked in 60 days from now if he wasn’t in the race.”

Bush is falling apart, and he doesn’t care if it shows. MSNBC recently reported that when “(a)ddressing the concern that his campaign is falling apart, Bush responded, ‘Blah blah blah blah, that’s my answer, blah blah blah.’” The GOPer seems uninspired and defeated, and it’s unclear if he will even continue on the campaign trail much longer.

It might not be long until the GOP is down to Donald Trump and Ben Carson. Jeb Bush is, apparently, over America.
