CNN Finds Video Of Trump Slamming Bush’s Lies, Writing Off Clinton Affair As ‘Unimportant’ (VIDEO)

Donald Trump is the conservative extremist version of Mitt Romney.

On Monday, Trump flip-flopped his position on raising the minimum wage after Bernie Sanders ripped him a new one on CBS.

“Wages in are country are too low, good jobs are too few, and people have lost faith in our leaders,” Trump tweeted in a complete reversal of November debate remarks in which the billionaire Republican said that “wages are too high.”

And now it looks like Trump has been caught flip-flopping again in the midst of his nasty feud with Hillary Clinton.

In a vicious attack on the Democratic front-runner, Trump accused her husband Bill of being a sexist while in office and insisted that he’ll be better for women than the current Democratic front-runner. Trump also heavily criticized Bill Clinton for his affair with Monica Lewinsky.

But CNN dug up video from 2008 showing that Trump never had a problem with Bill Clinton before now, and didn’t care about Clinton’s sex life at the time. In fact, he called Clinton’s affair “unimportant” and blasted the Republican effort to impeach him “nonsense.” Clinton’s affair was not nearly as bad as George W. Bush lying America into a costly and deadly war in Iraq, he added.

“He lied! [Bush] got us into the war with lies! And, I mean, look at the trouble Bill Clinton got into with something that was totally unimportant, and they tried to impeach him, which was nonsense. And yet Bush got us into this horrible war with lies, by lying!”

Here’s the video via YouTube.

Yeah, you heard that right. Trump clearly and correctly pointed out that Bush’s lie was far worse than Clinton’s infidelity. At least Clinton didn’t send thousands of Americans to the Middle East to die in a war based on lies. Nevertheless, Trump is getting caught flip-flopping an awful lot, and you have to wonder if Republicans are getting a sense of déjà vu. After all, Mitt Romney was also an over-tanned wealthy asshole who flip-flopped his way through primary season, only to be nominated by his party and eventually lose to a Democrat. Sounds like Trump and the GOP are set to repeat history.
