The credit score (FICO) has gotten out of control. It was meant to assess risk when lending someone money. That’s it. It’s now morphed into assessing risk for renting apartments and getting a job. Two things a lot of people desperately need. The funny thing about FICO is that it failed miserably at what is was born to do.

Why in the world would I be so arrogant to think everyone automatically agrees with me about Occupy Wall Street just because they took part in it?

I recently changed pharmacies to a local mom and pop shop. After going to the CVS for years, I finally reached my boiling point when they installed those self checkout machines. Now other big chain stores have them too, but CVS brought it to a whole new level. Besides the fact that they don’t work, the staff is forced to stand behind the machines and encourage people to use them.

The larger problem however, is the stupidity of the higher ups that put these professional bullies in situations where they are set up to fail.
