Still, he is essentially stuck with a polling ceiling of 25%, despite being the presumed nominee of his party by the media.

The anti-union law was set up to severely limit the bargaining abilities of 350,000 unionized public workers. With more than a quarter of the votes counted late Tuesday, 63 percent of votes were to reject the law. Even more impressive, it seems more people voted “no” on Ohio bill 5 than who voted “yes” for Governor Kasich.
