It’s hard for Republicans to avoid being the ‘stupid party’ when even Jeb — supposedly the ‘smarter’ Bush — takes a new and stupider stance on immigration.

It’s hard for Republicans to avoid being the ‘stupid party’ when even Jeb — supposedly the ‘smarter’ Bush — takes a new and stupider stance on immigration.

The flip will likely give his confused followers, his party, and malleable old Mitt himself, a painful case of ‘calculated campaign’ whiplash.

Remember that while the Republican party complains about President Obama’s evolution, they willingly ignored Mitt Romneys De-evolution.

Only two weeks after being hired by Mitt Romney as his foreign policy spokesman, Richard Grenell, an openly gay man, has resigned after conservative anti-gay groups such as the American Family Foundation forced him to do so.

You either have a charismatic and compassionate personality, or you don’t, and Mitt Romney clearly doesn’t.

Mitt Romney was given the very unenviable task of actually confronting his shameless salt-of-the-earth pandering and hypocritical acts by condemning the deranged and violent rhetoric of Ted Nugent. The only problem, of course, was that wasn’t really a condemnation at all.

The more I learn of Mitt Romney, the more I am reminded of the 90s TV show, Third Rock from the Sun. In the show, a ‘family’ of space aliens lands on earth. They look human, but they are completely clueless as to how to act human.

Poor Mitt. He’s the embodiment of the impossible dilemma facing the spirit of any sane Republican still standing. He’s a born aristocrat, a corporate raider, a member of one of the more extreme literalist branches of Christianity, and he still can’t seem to muster up enough ideological purity for today’s conservative zealots.

The Damon case is certainly a valid subject for scrutiny of Romney’s business record. This is not about questioning ‘free market’ or ‘capitalism’; this is about questioning fraud and truthfulness of a Presidential candidate.

Willard Mitt Romney has all the right ingredients to be a President; good hair, nice smile, proper education, a fine family and lots and lots of money. Unfortunately, in addition to this impressive package he also has a slight problem with the truth and an excessive trust in the absentmindedness of the average American.

The state plans on releasing to the public hundreds of boxes of documents from Mitt Romney’s term as governor.

So you know how the right-wing has been trying to control if not totally abolish free speech when it runs counter to their corporate agenda? Well, if today’s eviction of the protestors in Zuccoti Park serves as any indication of the plutocrats shaking in their $2000 eagle-feathered boots, then ejecting a woman for wearing a t-shirt you don’t like is a confirmation of that fact.

It’s safe to assume we’re all well aware of Mitt Romney’s previous support for abortion rights, particularly during his 1994 Senate run against the late Ted Kennedy. But what many of us might not know is that Romney’s support for abortion rights went well beyond his failed Senate bid.

It looks like the Gordon Gekko candidate is more like Gordon Chameleon, carefully changing and saying anything and everything that teabagger republicans want to hear in order to get elected.

Mitt Romney, for many in the mainstream media, is the model of the moderate Republican. But don’t be fooled. There is nothing moderate about the current Republican party.

President Obama’s reelection team has already concluded that Romney will most likely be the man whom Obama faces in the 2012 general election. Aides and advisors to Obama are already centering the president’s reelection campaign on an all out assault of Mitt Romney’s complete and utter lack of conviction and dubious business background.

A state of being that refers to a politician’s (typically a republican) complete and total reversal of policy position(s) to such a degree that their own governing philosophy/belief system is rendered indecipherable.
