So, here we are again with Boehner, reaching into his ‘bag of tricks’ for sake of placating his ‘Tea Party’ laden House. The Speaker has to offer up a cross-Continental pipeline with an added measure of ‘environment killing’ ‘pacifiers’ for his party.
