The Occupy Wall Street protesters have been standing against the big banks for a few months now. They are protesting the greed, irresponsibility, and fraud that banks like Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase commit on a daily basis. The big banks of Wall Street caused an economic collapse.

Newt Gingrich Declares That He Will Abolish Federal Courts And Judges He Disagrees With (VIDEO)

Newt Gingrich declared war against the nation’s courts on Thursday during the GOP debate in Sioux City, Iowa. After host Megyn Kelly asked him about the viability of his proposed plan to gut the judiciary branch, Gingrich said that as President he would abolish any court and get rid of any judge that makes a decision that he disagrees with.

I mention all of these warts and flaws not because these four men didn’t live exceptional lives. Nothing could be further from the truth. No, I bring these facts forward because they were able to sign (and in Jefferson’s case, write) a document that declares the equality of all men, while owning slaves (save Adams) and attempting to eradicate the existence of the indigenous people (minus Adams and Franklin) whom they found on “their” land. I think it’s fair to say, that their interpretation of the constitution was as elastic as the times warranted. Which in some ways, makes them as jacked up as anyone else.

It seems these days that if you are not in favor of a U.S. funded war, at least at its inception, you’re labeled as un-patriotic or even un-American. This does not just apply to today, but has been the strategy of the U.S. government for many decades.
