Fox Nation Readers Smear Andy Griffith

If you thought Fox Nation readers would have enough class to put aside political differences and show some respect to the newly-deceased Andy Griffith – well, you’d be wrong. Although the post, itself, had a banner saying, “FOX NATION SALUTES,” many of the readers had nothing but smears and jeers for his passing. Screen grabs after the jump.

Andy Griffith’s film debut “A Face in the Crowd” is about the kind of personality that would now adore Fox News. I can’t wait until November when the election will shut them up, even if it’s for just a little while.

Aren’t we just so lucky as Americans to have right-wing nutjobs judging our every move with disdain, cynicism and often-violent comments? I’ve been threatened online by folks like that simply because I’m a Liberal.
The funny thing is, those folks will call the President of the United States a “Socialist” for pushing-through a healthcare plan that will help 50 million people–and then turn around and shop at Walmart, where everything is made in Communist China.
Go figure on that.
