Limbaugh – ‘When WOMEN Got The Right To Vote Is When It All Went Downhill’ (AUDIO)

Author: July 4, 2012 3:07 pm

Oh, Limbaugh, what a sad and pathetic man you are.

Recently on his radio show, Limbaugh took a call from a man who wanted to blame Obama’s 2008 election on uninformed youth. Limbaugh interrupted him and said……drumroll…..

“Ehhh, I can do one better than that. When WOMEN got the right to vote is when it all went downhill. Because that’s when votes started being cast with emotion and uh, maternal instincts that government ought to reflect …….”

All of a sudden, Rush stops talking mid-sentence as if he’s realized what a horrible mistake he’s just made. His caller took advantage of the silence and continued talking about how young people are the ones ruining elections. Limbaugh interrupts his caller, who he was clearly not listening to, as he tries to figure out how to extract his foot from his BIG MOUTH and said:

 “Yeah…I…Look, I’m joking about the women’s vote. I just got a little frustrated here…”

Here’s the audio:

Here’s what is so sad about this. Rush wasn’t joking. Despite the fact that Limbaugh believes women are worth less than men, he will keep his women supporters. This is astounding. They will make excuses for him and continue to tune in for their daily dose of misogyny, lies and blatant hatred. “Thank you sir, may I have another?” These women are worse than the bloated ego-maniac. They pay his salary and they vote.

  • Limbaugh is a prime example, though by no means the only example, of the hypocrisy and delusions of the Religious Right and the general fear of women that seems to pervade the GOP/Teabaggers

My fellow readers and posters, in order to be as informed as I can be about the latest political issues, every so often I listen to the Rash Limboob radio program. I feel it is important to hear for myself the horrendous views from the head of the Repugnant Party. I have to say that all of you have been too overly kind with your critiques of Limboob. I was listening yesterday, July 3 when Limboob made his comments about women and women’s right to vote. We all know these types of comments are the typical hate speech for this reprobate. However, during this “open lines call-in segment of Limboob’s show, the caller was commenting that our Country’s problems started when eighteen year olds were given the right to vote. Limboob and his ilk are always wrapping themselves up in the American flag; the sad part about them doing their best at being patriotic is that their stupidity always goes off like Fourth of July fireworks. The right to vote was given to persons when they became eighteen when the Twenty-Sixth Amendment was adopted on July 1, 1971. This change to the age of when an American Citizen was able to vote was due in part to the selective service draft. If you were old enough to go and die for your Country then you are old enough to vote. The caller was wrong to make such an unpatriotic assertion that the Country’s problems started with the Twenty-Sixth Amendment. Furthermore, Limboob was in true Repugnant Party form when he did not correct the caller for saying what was incredibly wrong and misinformed. But, then again, it is Rash Limboob. And, he is, the de facto head of the Republican Party.
