I’m not sure if the Mayans factored this into their doomsday predictions, but if they did then I’m sure I wouldn’t be sitting here on earth typing this. Folks, we have officially reached a bio-hazard level six FUBAR. Glenn Beck recently called Alex Jones a ‘crazy person.’ Grab a drink or Xanax if you got one, because this going to get messy.
Alex Jones, the raspy-voiced, conspiracy theorist loon who makes Donald Trump look like Nostradamus, became an overnight punchline after his total meltdown appearance (I know, George Soros and the diabolical New World Order paid me millions to say that) on Piers Morgan. And his Lord Tin Foil Cap Highness was so daft and utterly incoherent that he managed to make Glenn Beck blush, which is like Charlie Sheen telling somebody they’ve partied too much.
“Piers Morgan is trying to have gun control. He is trying to make everybody who has guns and who believes in the Second Amendment to be a deterrent to an out-of-control government look like a madman. So now he immediately books the madman and makes him look like a conservative. He’s not a conservative,” said Beck on The Blaze. (FrontBurner)
Of course Jones isn’t a conservative. Like every wing nut in the public eye, he’s a total charlatan who says totally unverifiable crazy crap the loudest to mouth-foaming, doomsday morons. But it just sounds way less credible when it’s called out by Glenn Beck.
Continuing to milk his 15 minutes of notoriety, Jones appeared on Huff Post Live this Friday and shot back at Glenn Beck.
“Glenn Beck has basically taken my research… five years ago, he said everything I talked about was a lie,” he said. “He’s taken the stuff that I put out, that’s true, re-worked it, re-engineered it, neoconned it and then rolled it out later so he’s mad that I’m getting on hundreds of stations, he’s mad that I’m getting attention.”
“I’m not here trying to be numero uno like Glenn Beck,” Jones added.“I’m here trying to save our Bill of Rights and Constitution.” (Huff Post)
Here’s the video:
As I previously wrote, here in the good old United States of Jesusland — near Smalldickville — reasonable talks about sensible gun legislation are as inaudible as verifiable facts broadcast on Fox News. Instead of everyone gathering together to rationally discuss better measures to stop future massacres from taking place, we’re watching two crazy guys from the street corner go all rap battle on each other on national TV.
Jones called Beck’s ‘Libertarianism’ into question and said that he’s “not consistent.” But he made sure not to leave the segment without first delivering a totally unmedicated rant that more resembled a pro-wrestling shoot from the 1980s than dialogue.
“YOU’RE IN DANGER! WAKE UP! GET OUT OF YOUR TRANCE! THEY SHOULD HAVE RESISTED HITLER LIKE THIS!” (Huff Post)
Does this guy have an indoor voice, or at least one with padded walls? I take that original comment back. Jones’ rant actually more resembled your average YouTube commenter, only your average YouTube commenter doesn’t usually have their own radio program and website.
