Ex-Bush Insider Colonel Wilkerson Willing To Testify Against Bush And Cheney

It is the bombshell of such fantastic proportions that my ears are ringing…a feat that only the largest amounts of Vodka can achieve!! Ex-Bush Official Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson has said clearly in an interview with Russian Media that he is willing to testify in a court against former bosses George W Bush and Dick Cheney.

Apparently the release of Dick Cheney’s book of lies and half truths is the last straw that broke the camel’s back, causing Colonel Wilkerson to take this unexpected and unprecedented stand against this pair of criminals, the likes of which has never soiled this country’s highest office before.

Colonel Wilkerson said that Bush and Cheney should be tried for the criminal torture carried out and indeed ordained by the evil pair. He suggested that it obviously leaves the door open to Americans being tortured as a result of our torturing of others. He said the only reason we chose to torture was because we had a “bigger gun” and sometime in the future, be it in his children’s or grandchildren’s future, America will be poor enough that we will have the same thing done to our troops. With the current sabotage of our economic recovery being perpetrated by the Republicans, one wonders if that day may not happen in his lifetime instead.

He also stated that around 2002, the mode of interrogation changed from one of gathering information about 911, to one of trying to establish a link, be it fictitious or not…between Baghdad and Al Qaeda, using torture as the main means of doing this. Obviously the facts were being made to fit the story of Saddam Hussein’s alleged involvement in 911.

Colonel Wilkerson has within the past weeks gone on to give other interviews in which he repeats his willingness to testify against and help put this treasonous duo behind bars where they belong. It is possible that Bush and Cheney could be arrested outside the US and sent to the Hague for trial. There is speculation that a trip that was planned for George Bush to visit Canada in October 2011, may well be cancelled for fear of him being arrested.

Colonel Wilkerson stressed that Cheney has already provided the proof against himself that he willingly and criminally allowed the use of torture. This is just one video that sheds light on his guilt…

And Moses said to the Hebrews that G-d will make them a nation of priests (the ancient Egyptian priests = rich rulers having complete power over the masses) … and when the Hebrews left Egypt, the Egyptians gave them all their gold and animals, everything they had.

REALLY …?! Why would someone give everything they had? Just like that? I don’t think so. Either they got forced to give up their goods or they got scammed. ;-)

The multitudinous “high crimes and misdemeanors” committed by Bush administration officials makes the “high crimes and misdemeanors” committed by Republicans in the Nixon administration look small in comparison, second-rate, hardly worth the bother.

And yet post-Watergate, Democrats (and even a few honorable Republicans) in Congress investigated Nixon’s crimes, exposed as many of the Nixon administration’s crimes as possible and enacted legislation to try to stop rogue Republican elephants from running amok again. A fat lot of good that did.

Reagan and Iran-Contra. Reagan and his presidential campaign in 1980 cutting a deal behind President Carter’s back with Iran’s ayatollah to hold the Americans held hostage in Tehran until after the 1980 presidential election…which led to Iran-Contra. George H.W. Bush, first as a former CIA chief, then as Reagan’s vice-president, and later as president, helped cover-up all this.

And then President Clinton got elected. Investigations into Iran-Contra and Republicans shenanigans in the 1980 presidential election were allowed to die, setting the stage for the criminal Bush years. And now President Obama has followed in Clinton’s footsteps, joined in efforts to keep hidden all the “high crimes and misdemeanors” committed by the previous Republican administration by Sen. Harry Reid and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (she took impeachment of Bush and Cheney off the table in early 2007 after becoming House Speaker while at the same time working with Reid and Bush to give retroactive immunity to all the telecom companies complicit in Bush administration domestic-spying crimes).

So, not only have Republicans fallen crime-wise even lower than Republicans in the criminal Nixon years, but Democrats have gone from upholding the U.S. Constitution and holding Republican criminals accountable to some Democrats in power actually aiding and abetting Republicans in their crimes, or after-the-fact, blocking investigations into the widespread “high crimes and misdemeanors” committed by Republicans.

The circle is complete. The Robber Barons have won. Acts of treason are now condoned, not condemned and prosecuted. Acts of sabotage against our democracy are now rewarded. Outright right-wing lies are given equal time with scientific facts and reality-based reporting. Right-wing disinformation and misinformation abound (Goebbels would be so, so proud of today’s Glenn Beck, Fox News and Rush Limbaugh).

So, this right-wing cancer that could have been contained, first by former President Clinton and now by President Obama, has been allowed to fester, to grow in destructiveness, to erode the very foundations of our society and democratic institutions, to leave America on the very brink of collapse, with the “rule of law” being a quaint anachronism, like the Geneva Conventions, or Glass-Steagall, or the “high crimes and misdemeanors” part of the U.S. Constitution. Where’s Sen. Frank Church when we need him?

This is no surprise. Wilkerson has been on the warpath against Bush and Cheney for years. I remember seeing him interviewed once on C-SPAN when he said a “cabal” took over US foreign policy in the Bush Administration. He then named Bush and Cheney as being in the cabal. I don’t think he realized how absurd it was to describe the two highest-elected officials in the US government as a cabal taking over US foreign policy. It’s like he’d never heard of the Constitution or something. Wilkerson is a joke.

You are a joke! That’s why the cabal has been set at such a high level, for people like you not being able to grasp it. That’s CHUTZPAH at its finest. ;-)

your war on Afghanistan is a drug war. The Taliban and al quida took the u.s. drug crops over. Big drug lords cheney and bush needed a front to invade. All they care about is the heroin. The oil was just a resource bonus.

How long has it been since all this went down with The Dick and The Bush? Americans are afraid to breathe right now. So much corruption has been happening blatantly – our political system is a farce and what are we doing about it? ZILCH – we’d rather go to COSTCO or SAMS and buy two giant bags of chips to go with our 64″ flat screen so we can continue to numb ourselves from having to feel the pain of being Fricked in the Butt with no lube by these bastards, which only furthers us along in being number one as the fattest, most apathetic, and least educated “super power” in the world.

Well, this was a crude note, however, it was most certainly exactly what is happening in America today. We are sliding downhill at a fast pace, and if we think things are bad now, just give it a little more time. It was difficult enough for Americans to accept that we have a democracy, when the Senate and House were making all the decisions. Now, we have “the twelve” who will decide our fate once more. No, we do not have democracy. In order for that to be true, each of us would have the opportunity to cast a vote for every piece of legislation, but we don’t. Last true democracy was in ancient Greece. We all need help; with a strong leader and all of us making our voices heard.

If we do not honor rule of law, then we have no democracy. The knife is a two edged sword that cuts both ways. Should Obama not be American born,,, we follow the constitution and he exits… Should Bush/Cheney and company be guilty,,, let the guillotine fall. But we all know, the rich and powerful remain so… the laws do not apply to them, only to us peons who fight their stinking wars that keep them in power. We are the idiots because we put up with this phony sham of a system we think is democracy!
